The fare is captured only after the journey is successfully completed. Cancellation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup releases the hold immediately with zero transaction fees.

No. We only place a temporary pre-authorization hold to verify and secure your luxury chauffeur. The actual fare is captured only AFTER your ride is successfully completed.

If your reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to pickup, the hold is released immediately. It will disappear from your bank statement within 1-3 business days depending on your bank.

Once your ride is completed and payment is processed, our system automatically generates a detailed, itemized Stripe PDF invoice and email receipt sent directly to your email address.
